Sabrina Karlin was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area. She is in her final year at NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts, where she pursuing a BFA in dance. She has received additional from American Ballet Theatre, Ballet Austin and Central Pennsylvania Youth Ballet, among others, and recently spent a month in Ga’aton, Israel, studying with the Kibbutz Contemporary Dance Company. While at Tisch, she has been fortunate to perform the soloist lead in Sean Curran’s “Symbolic Logic,” as well as work by MADBOOTS DANCE. In San Francisco, she has danced in productions with Menlowe Ballet, Dancer’s Repertory Theatre and BalletRED’s Josie Walsh.

A passionate storyteller in all forms, Sabrina is also earning a BA in journalism from NYU. An additional interest in film has led her to New York City Ballet, where she served as a production assistant and media department intern. She has also assisted Film Society of Lincoln Center’s Dance on Camera Festival and the Dance/NYC Symposium, and looks forward to working with VALLETO this upcoming season.
