Anne Marie Altmann "Koi"

DESIGNER

Originally from Costa Rica, Anne is a professional dancer, teacher, performer and creator. She began training in contemporary dance at Area Dansa in Barcelona, and later received her Professional Master in Dance with the company CobosMika SEEDs, in Palamos, Spain. During her career as a dancer she has collaborated, worked, and studied with national and international choreographers such as: Peter Mika, Olga Cobos, Jorge Jauregui, Roberto Oliván, Thomas Noone, Gemma Díaz (Nats Nus company), Laia Santanach, Carmen 

Werner, Francisco Córdoba, Eulalia Ayguade, Guy Shomroni (Gaga, Batsheva Ensemble), David Zambrano , Pau Arán (Ensemble del Tanztheater Wuppertal - Pina Bausch), Raúl Martinez and Marko Fonseca (Los Innato), Mario Vircha, Jimmy Ortiz, Fabian Gandini, Humberto Canessa, Alvaro Restrepo, among others. Anne currently owns and operates Koi Movimiento, a pilates, barre and movement studio in Costa Rica.
